What exactly is the KNOTBOX and what is inside each box?

KNOTBOX is a bespoke luxury subscription box for the modern sophisticated couple tying the knot. Each month you can expect high quality trendy wedding items and swag for both brides and grooms.

How is KNOTBOX different than all the other subscription companies? And, why does KNOTBOX cost more?

KNOTBOX is the only bridal subscription company in the market backed by a gifting and design studio already loved and used by thousands of brides, Bash and Vibe. Bash + Vibe is a bespoke gifting and design studio specializing in laser cutting, engraving, etching, gift boxes, and much more. You can rest assured knowing the items you will be receiving in your box are the same quality as the items in our main Bash + Vibe store.

We are bespoke because you will receive at least one custom item in each box. For example, if your name will be changing to Williams when you wed, rather than just receiving a generic “Future Mrs.” cake topper, you might received a “Future Mrs. Williams” cake topper.

We are luxe because we don’t skimp on the quality because it is a subscription box. You won’t be able to walk into your hobby store and find the items in our box. For example, The glassware and drinkware you receive with be engraved rather than a vinyl sticker.

Are you LGBT friendly?

Absolutely! In your questionnaire at check out you will be prompted to choose from (Mrs. and Mr.), (Mrs. and Mrs.), and (Mr. and Mr.). We are currently the only subscription box company offering the (Mr. and Mr.) option.

Your card will be charged on the same day of every month. If you will like to cancel please do so 48 hours prior to your charge date, otherwise you will still be charged for the next box. If you cancel after your renewal has already occurred, you will still receive the box that was paid for and the subscription will be cancelled after that point. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Please email as hello@shopknotbox.com to cancel month-to-month subscription.

What is the cancellation policy?

I just placed my order, when will my box ship?

Each box will arrive approximately the 2nd/3rd week in the month. Your card will be charged every 30 days. If you need your box sooner, please reach out to us at hello@shopknotbox.com and we can see if we can accommodate your request.

What is the shipping cost?

All boxes within the United States, ship at a flat rate of $7.

What if I need to change any of my information?

If you need to make changes to your subscription, including card or shipping information, please contact us at hello@shopknotbox.com.

I received a broken item in my box, what do I do?

Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your box with a photo of the damaged item and we will send out a replacement. All KNOTBOX sales are final and non-refundable.
